- **Platform modernization, July 2026:** Primary executor of PostgreSQL and storage rehearsal, restored-production-data checks, backup verification, and cutover. Mirrored storage and explicit rollback paths; under one hour of customer-visible downtime and no known migration failure.
- **WEPN, July 2020–present:** Mobile Lead and primary owner of React Native mobile architecture, native integration, testing, and iOS/Android release engineering. Designed the public onboarding compatibility test that verifies an actual inbound connection through the router/ISP boundary.
- **Rails/LLM workflows, April–August 2026:** Principal investigation and implementation of native Liquid partial rendering, avoidance of unnecessary prompt rebuilding, reduced repeated lookups, and composition of organization-specific context around reusable agents. Released functionality; production performance impact was not quantified.
- **1Trolley delivery:** Led automated tests, CI gates, deployment and mobile release automation, environment standards, and monitoring. Backend/web deployments moved from weeks apart to weekly or multiple times per week. Manual DORA-informed review; approximately 70% coverage required for new/changed code.
- **Financial correctness, July 2026:** Identified and corrected a CHF 1,778 discrepancy through canonical calculations, stakeholder policy clarification, and regression coverage. Released correction; no known related recurrence or complaint.

## Infrastructure and observability

- **Capacity and recovery — local rehearsal, October 2026:** Implemented infrastructure/test tooling across Ansible, k6, a mock LLM, infrastructure monitoring, and PgBouncer. Saved 100-user lab runs showed peak application-role connections of 70 direct versus 18 pooled. A separate point-in-time restore recovered an earlier 1,000-row batch and excluded a later batch on a fresh VM. Local measurements do not establish production capacity or recovery time; pooler restart and higher-load reply failures were also measured.
- **Observability operations — September–October 2026:** Contributed PostHog/Langfuse deployment configuration, ingestion routing, ClickHouse diagnostic-log caps, Celery worker tuning, and runbooks. Reviewed baseline confirmed deployed; later tuning is supported by authored configuration and recorded measurements, with no independently verified later deployment or quantitative cost/uptime claim.
